Too much routine work; nothing is new. No respect to talent or contribution. Only the one who is in favor with management will grow. Not much facility. Salary less than average.
Respect the talent and not the individual who is in favor of you.

Software Engineer
Tough with multiple rounds. The phone interview was cancelled twice. Asking each and every protocol level details. There were coding questions. A guy was asking a question for which he was giving the wrong answer. I did not argue with him.
