Work culture is fantastic.
Employee benefits are very good.
Not too much of work pressure.
No road map for any product. Always late in adopting and offering new technology in the market. No wide and open communication to employees. Keep killing products after huge spending on them. Executives work without knowing the problems at the root level.
Every employee in the office comes with one question: "What is their future in Juniper?"
Management should openly communicate the roadmap of each product line. It would be good if management could openly state the roadmap of where the company wants to head and what they want to do. Everyone has the fear of what if a product gets killed and they will be out of their jobs.
