Work is pretty much valuable and you can learn a lot.
Very officious management, always trying to hit engineers. There is no "one on one" but rather "one to one" in Bangalore RPD. Management is expert in denouncing engineers, even freshers. Highly partial and greedy while giving perks. Perks are not based on talent, work, or the number of tasks you do, but depend on cajoling management. No "work from home" as per latest guidelines.
