- Sufficient leaves.
- Cab.
- Non-technical managers.
- Non-technical managers create artificial pressure and urgency.
- People managers are arrogant.
- Bonus promised is not full; 70 to 80 percent will be given.
- No trainings, and management doesn't care about employee careers.
- No hike till now.
- Lot of time wasted on useless processes.
Don't hire non-technical people or people managers. They are process overheads and spoil the team.
