- Flexible working hours.
- Depending on the team, you get to learn a lot.

Flexible working hours means working till 9-10pm very often, including meetings.

Management is not good. For achieving goals and getting work done by employees, it’s good, but how employees are treated is not good.

A PIP can be given if they want you out of the company or a manager has a personal problem with you.

Managers lie to employees a lot, especially during reviews.

No bonus.

Very stressful. Employees are overworked with no change in compensation.
Please have a look at your direct people managers and keep them in check!
