Pros

Pay and benefits at or above average. There are some very talented people.

Cons

Upper management's sole focus is reducing cost (i.e., headcount). All acquisitions have failed over the past nine years. They killed their market lead in network security. Too many average products. If not for the need for large carriers to use more than one vendor, Juniper would be an afterthought. Office culture has gone from collaboration to bipolar management.

Advice to Management

Resign. Put people in place who actually want to grow a business, not bow to the whims of activist investors.
