Scope of work is good.
Overall work environment is good.
Salary is not up to standard. It is not a very transparent organization. It doesn't have a good long-term vision. The technology area it's working in is not so exciting. It failed to adopt new markets or technologies.
Adopt to the change. Conventional networking hardware is not the future. You should invest more in the cloud and the latest technologies. We need to be more aggressive in pushing new things.
