One of the industry's paymasters, salaries can go to a very high extent, depending on the time you spent with the company. Several times, the salary band is higher, but the title or designation remains the same, which is good in my opinion.
Work from home is available, and the office location is very convenient and plush. The internal ambiance is superb.
Hire and Fire company. They pay very well, but would lay off periodically, so it's difficult to stay for a longer duration.
