A company that is gradually losing its shine
- Compensation is good. Cannot compete with top internet companies, but it is decent.
- Work time is flexible.
- Lack of leadership, from the CEO level.
- Lack of vision. Lack of growth.
- Full of politics.
- Lack of morale, caused by the above.
Since management is the main issue, the only advice is to get as much as you can out of the company then move on. I can't really advise you to lay yourselves off, can I?
