The interviewer was an "engineer manager" with less than 3 years of total experience (since their internship). I solved the problem proposed during the live coding with a very decent solution, although not the best one. I really did try to explain my entire thinking process, and at the end, I thought we were good. Other than that, it was very clear how unfamiliar they were with Golang best practices. I only received an automated feedback message saying that I was not approved. I really expected at least feedback about why I was not a fit for the team.
