The short time I was there, I was paid extremely high for a great job.

• The company is private and confidential.
• A small amount of actual Karat employees makes it difficult to manage all the freelancers.
• You never know where you stand; they change their position on a weekly basis with no warning.
• They pretend to be this fully positive company, but in the background are very cutthroat and lethal.
• Poor communication.
• They suddenly decided to lower the UK contracting rates to almost a 70% decrease, so we left in bulk.
• They are replacing Americans, Canadians, and Europeans with cheap labor from Asia and South America.
• Unnecessarily complicate simple workflows.

It needs a massive overhaul.

They need more staff in actual management.

Plan earlier, execute earlier.
