Applied through an agency.

The interviewer had a negative attitude towards me from the beginning of the telephone interview.

He asked me questions that were not explicitly on my CV and not in the job specification, trying to show me that the role wasn't for me.

To his surprise, I was able to answer all those technical questions. However, I honestly stated that I did not know their products – games.

It seems they treat knowledge of their products like a 'must-have' to proceed to the next round.

I wonder how many strong technical people he rejected due to this.

King games are not 'high science' – they are strategy games that would require months to learn the rules.
