Here's a typical interview process:

1. Initial HR screening: Motivation to join, experience, etc.
2. Basic tech screening.
3. Take-home or live coding.

I had a really disheartening experience interviewing with King. Based on that, I would suggest not to choose a take-home assignment. They will ask you to develop a REST API using Java's HttpServer. This would take about two days' worth of effort, and then they will reject the assignment stating minor flaws. The worst part is that they will not consider it worth having a call and understanding the interviewee's thought process.
