Pros: - Nice coworkers - Good benefits (breakfast, gym, health assurance, ticket restaurant) to compensate the base salary - Good computer and phone (without a phone plan) - Some teams that are not stressful

Cons: - Bad management since it was acquired by Activision - They don't give shares or stock options to new joiners - Small % bonus for new joiners - Lack of new ideas; it is all about Candy - Hard to promote; it’s all about “friends” - Increase of 1-2% of salary per year - Remote work is not allowed - There is not an early finish on Fridays or during summer months - Extra hours are not paid, but you usually don't work them - Some studios no longer have the benefit of allowing secondments in other studios - Some teams are only focused on maintenance, so be cautious in case you think you are going to develop new games - After relocating a lot of people, the teams are now full, so it is harder to move between studios

Pros: Room to grow; relatively flat org chart; very nice colleagues; self-direction and empowerment; competent management.

Cons: Niche tech stack; a lot of changes recently

Pros: Good benefits, an ideal work-life balance, and a friendly environment.

Cons: No cons in my opinion.
