After applying, an online intelligence test was sent a few days later. It consisted entirely of recognizing dot patterns. Most of it was pretty easy, but I was still declined for the next round of interviews.
I can't imagine what their staff is like if they only accept people who ace dot pattern tests. I suggest you opt for a company with regular people.
