I was messaged on LinkedIn that my profile looked interesting, and I was also invited to a first "screening" online meeting.

First, I had to wait a few minutes for the recruiter to join the meeting. After she finished preparing, we made some small talk, and she finally asked me about myself.

So, I talked about myself and my past, then she more or less abruptly cut off the interview.

The duration was not more than 10 minutes. The setting was very odd, in a room that seemed like the center of a stable, an open space with noise and other people around.

It was an awful experience. Being rejected is one thing, but being rejected in such a rude and asocial manner is simply unprofessional and left me thoughtful. Maybe it's good not to work there...
