Interviewed for a mid-level Software Engineer position.
The interview was on the easy side, and the interviewers were nice.
What surprised me, however, were the recruiters. First, my recruiter changed in the middle of the process. The new recruiter made a strange comment about the other recruiter, who seemed to have left the company.
The new recruiter also made some unprofessional, gender-related comments, which made me doubt the company culture altogether, especially since this person was not new to the company and held a senior position.
I passed all the interviews and was congratulated on a successful completion of the process. I did not receive an offer right away because they stated they did not have a fitting position for me at the time. However, they mentioned that many new positions would open up in a month or two, and I would be first in line for those.
Indeed, I saw a bunch of new positions posted online about a month later, but I was never contacted about them.
Extremely disorganized and messy; not a good experience.
