Strong core business and great people.
Benefits have slowly been getting worse, and senior management is at best incompetent and at worst degenerate. Politics reign supreme, direction is unclear except for "AI", and good work is not rewarded.
The entire incentive structure in this company is backwards.
An unbelievably time-consuming and inefficient process. I did 7 separate technical screens, which was more than any other interview I've done. During these, the interviewers mostly sat in silence and watched me type code. I don't know what they think
While long and disjointed, I really enjoyed the initial coding collaboration exercise. There were smart people, but not all were engaged. Some seemed unprepared. I suggest reading the resumes and appearing as though you want people to work there.
A recruiter reached out to me about this position. I applied, then there was an initial call, after which I was invited to do the coding collaboration. The coding collaboration is with two engineers, and you have to find the bug in the code and fix
