Organized, profitable, and well-respected engineers; top talent; and friendly.
Monolithic and somewhat dated tech that's slow to change (it works, don't break it) -- but it does change! Not a fast-paced start-up running on the latest and greatest everything, but very interested in moving forward at a steady pace.
Y'all rock.
A recruiter contacted me. We had a quick 30-minute call. He explained the process and what the role is about. He also explained the steps I would need to take in the interview. I didn't move to the next phase.
I applied online after being scouted by a recruiter and was then invited to a phone screen with a director. After that, I was scheduled for a one-hour technical screen. Finally, the third round was the onsite loop, which consisted of: * A system
Screen, UI/React, API/Webhooks, Systems Design, Behavioral, and another round for which the purpose isn't entirely clear. The people you'll work with are nice, but the problems you're solving don't really show if you can code or not, in my opinion.
