I applied through the college campus recruitment process.
They gave an online test which had general aptitude, a few technical questions on C++ and OOPs concepts, and two coding problems. CPP was the only language option. The coding questions were easy to moderate.
They shortlisted about 24 candidates for the interview for this role. There were two rounds, which were held on the same day, with elimination after the first round.
The first round was a technical round with two panelists. They asked about my projects, internship, and family background. They tried to make me comfortable by asking about my hobbies in the beginning and then asked a few coding questions and a few puzzles.
Out of 24 candidates, 10 got a call for the managerial round. They asked if I was interested in doing higher studies, talked about a two-year bond, and posed a few puzzles and questions about family background. This was basically to check whether I would fit in and stay with the company for a long time.
Out of 10 candidates, 3 were selected; I was one of them.
