A freshman man cracked it. I had 2 years of experience when I attended. Trust me, the bar is set real low. I had a tech round, manager round, and HR on the same day, on a weekend. One round with the Senior HR (was supposed to be a meeting with the MD). Then HR took current employment details, and an offer was given out in a few days. Not much room for negotiation.
