Lam Research Interview Experiences
Mechanical Engineer
The interview was conducted through Microsoft Teams. The interview process consisted of 2 rounds: - 1st Technical Round: The interviewers focused on the projects done during my B.E and my engineering basics. The interview was 2 hours long. - 2n
Mechanical Engineer Graduate (NCG)
It was good, and all were quite calm and humble throughout the interview. The technical interview was long, like for 90 minutes, followed by the HR interview for 30 minutes. Overall, the experience was good; they treat you with respect.
Equipment Engineer
Panel review with 5 or 6 individuals... technical questioning and parts identification. Real-world questions, as opposed to 'paper' qualifications. Good sense of mutual respect between interviewers and interviewee.
