I applied online. The process took 1 day.

I think this is probably the worst interview experience that I have had so far. The HR was really unprofessional. She was late for a few minutes and did not even say sorry. She did not really pay attention to what I said. She was basically just asking, "Do you know React? Do you know AWS? Do you know NodeJS?" kinda questions even though at the beginning I already introduced myself, why I am interested, and why my experiences (which I clearly mentioned those stacks) aligned with what they are looking for.

She even didn't have any follow-up for my answer at all, as if she just cared about her checklist. She didn't really explain about the company. She highlighted that it is a fast-paced company, always staying late until midnight, and onsite 5 days a week. She said, if I am looking for work-life balance, Legora is not that kind of place. I feel like she hates her job… maybe 😬

At first I was really interested in the company, but now, if people like her are in the company, it seems the company is really not good for mental health.
