• Take-home coding assignment
• Call to discuss assignment and system design exercise
• Final call with the director

I think the interview process had a good format, with open-ended questions designed more like peers discussing technology rather than rapid-fire question-type interviews. It was difficult (as it should be) but fair and efficient.
