LendingClub Interview Experiences
Software Architect
I met with four people: two Directors and two Architects. The questions asked were trivial. One of them was into role-play, so you had to argue against his silly, fresh-out-of-school assumptions. This was pretty idiotic.

I applied online, and a recruiter contacted me. The recruiter was very nice and responsible. I scheduled a phone interview, and then just after several days, I was scheduled for a second phone interview. The interview process was very quick.
