Worst experience. Junior S/W engineers are asked to interview for a Senior S/W engineer position. The interviewer had less than one year of experience and was not from a prestigious school. She asked me to explain each and every line of code and to make changes according to her preferences. She did not have a good understanding of simple code. This was my first and worst experience with LinkedIn. I never expected such a reputable company to have poor candidates working there and then ask them to interview others. At last, they said I didn't meet the bar for a Senior S/W engineer. Funny, I am happy that I was not selected and do not want to work for such a poor S/W engineering team.

I will never retry for LinkedIn.
