Process
Overall, it was a positive experience because LinkedIn is one of my favorite companies. The two phone interviews went well, as the questions were relatively easy.
In the onsite interview, they asked me about regular algorithm questions, DP questions, distributed system questions, a game design question, and my most interesting project.
The questions were not as hard as Google/Facebook and sat at the same level as Amazon/Microsoft.
The people were generally nice, except for two interviewers who were looking and laughing at funny pictures during the interview. I am confident with my performance on all the other rounds, except the one with the two unprofessional interviewers. They interrupted me multiple times and always tried to persuade me to adopt their "best" solution.
Finally, I was rejected after one week.

Boring Stack + New Toxic Culture

Pros: Pay is good. There used to be cool things like half Fridays.
Included: Microsoft discounts, benefits.
Cons: The work culture at the moment is very toxic. I never felt ill will towards my direct team, but it's essentially your manager and peers vs. the upper rungs of leadership.
You get to wait for last-minute decisions and opaque messaging from leadership together.
They spew things about growth and learning but could care less. Just focus on your CPPs and reviews, ignore anything that does not support that.
Double-speak is like air or water at LinkedIn, especially from the CEO and C-Suite.
WLB went down the drain. I went from working like 40+ hours a week. I'd do some overtime occasionally before ramps and for on-calls at times, but it was decent.
Near the end, it was not uncommon for me to wake up, log on remotely as soon as I woke up until like 9 or 10 at night, rinse and repeat.
They will announce initiatives for new tech and the like every blue moon, but very rarely allocate time for teams to execute any of it.
Do not be surprised if a project you are working on is canceled and reorganized.

Pros: This is a terrific place to work. You are not only working with competent workers, but also with people who are happy and friendly. The business itself has strong growth potential, and I do believe that people here believe in the mission.
Also, there are a surprisingly high number of female software engineers here, which I think is terrific, considering the general gender bias in the industry as a whole.
Cons: If you live in SF, the commute is a pain. Even with the shuttle, which unfortunately only has a limited number of trips, unlike Google.

Pros: The company hires some of the smartest people in the Valley, and the projects are very interesting and challenging.
Work/life balance is good among its peers, and the management is generally doing a great job.
The benefits are pretty good, including free drinks, snacks, lunch, and dinner. The fitness program is also very good, making employees feel the company truly cares about them. It's also very transparent internally.
Cons: Nothing really bad so far.
