An HR representative contacted me through LinkedIn. We scheduled two phone interviews, both of which I passed, moving on to the onsite interview. The onsite consisted of six back-to-back interviews, running from 10 AM to 4 PM. These included three technical interviews (coding skills, algorithms, and system design) and three non-technical interviews (communication skills, lunch, and a talk with the hiring manager).
Generally, the interview questions were not super hard and most were reasonable. The only factor that may have affected my performance was the lack of rest; it was essentially six hours of back-to-back interviews, excluding lunch.
The lunch was led by a senior engineer. We engaged in a lot of chatting, which made me even more exhausted.
I would suggest that if LinkedIn could implement a 30-minute break after lunch, it would help candidates relax and regain some stamina, as the two interviews following lunch were both technical.
