Process

The interview process was initially very smooth and professional. I was contacted by the recruiter, and after this call, we scheduled a technical phone screen for the following week. The technical interview was extremely easy (online coding via CollabEdit). After successfully passing this one, they scheduled another technical phone screen. The reason given was that the previous interviewer asked a wrong question, which was for a more junior position (WTF?!). Fine. The second technical phone screen also went well, and I was scheduled for an onsite interview.

Onsite interviews went pretty well, as I felt. There were about 5-6 rounds: hiring manager, other engineers, and lunch. The questions were pretty straightforward, nothing too complicated (whiteboard coding and design). If you brush up on your algorithms and data structures, you should be good.

Now the interesting part comes into play. I have never heard from the recruiter since after the interview. I mean, never. I sent a few emails, stating that I assumed I didn't pass but was curious to hear feedback. I received no answer. Nothing at all. I didn't expect to see such disrespect from a company like LinkedIn. What a waste of time.
