I applied online and was contacted several hours later.

First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. I chose the groups I was interested in and scheduled a technical phone interview.

After passing the first phone interview, I was called by the recruiter and scheduled two back-to-back phone interviews with two teams from my first-choice group.

After those two interviews, there was a 30-minute talk.

I received offers from both teams and had to choose one.

Nothing particularly difficult. However, they often do not ask explicitly, such as implementing a certain algorithm or what a certain data structure looks like. They will instead put you into a real-problem scenario, and you have to choose the best data structure and algorithm.

After you get an initial answer, they will try to push you further, asking how to optimize efficiency, what if the algorithm's assumptions have changed, or what are the extreme cases where there might be a pitfall, etc.

Be prepared for such follow-ups.
