The recruiter contacted me. There were two rounds of phone calls with very interesting people. The second round focused heavily on machine learning, with a large number of fast questions. Overall, I was satisfied with the phone calls.
The on-site interview process, including feedback and everything, was very, very slow. It can take months. The on-site interview is usually a one-day event, typical of Silicon Valley. I met a few smart people and was asked interesting questions. Overall, the day was positive.
The review and results of the interview felt totally random and based on the feelings of one or two interviewers. This was a very bad point.
The company seems to have very little confidence, as recruiters continuously asked where I applied, how much they offered, and for which position. I am neutral on whether to apply here again.
