Great work/life balance. Great benefits. Incredible culture – the best I've seen anywhere. Amazing talent at all levels of the company.
The recruiting process is a bit clunky at the moment.
A serious revamp of the recruiting process is needed, from the way interviews are scheduled with internal teams to making sure that candidates are getting called back when promised. If the current recruiters are stretched too thin, then recruit more recruiters. Heh :)
They didn't respond for two months. After they finally responded, I had already accepted a career elsewhere for a lot more benefits and pay. They wouldn't stop hassling me, even after telling them I was no longer interested multiple times.
I had 2 stages in the interview process. The first interview round was about solving and implementing a DSA problem. The second round consisted of a discussion about projects in my resume.
Had the beginning of the call with OS fundamentals on thread vs process, process synchronization, and the screening. Two LeetCode questions were asked: one easy on Trees and one difficult on backtracking.
