It used to have a decent culture and good WLB. The food is good compared to many other tech companies. You can work in the Empire State Building; the cafe is very nice with an amazing city view.
Mediocre engineers and product leaders have no clue about the market downturn. The tech stack isn't very new, and the infra is bad compared to FAANG companies. Work-life balance is at an all-time low, with consistent reorgs (but might still be better than others like A or F).
