Politics, politics, politics.

Too many people who would not pass the interview if they interviewed again.

  • Too much talent dilution.
  • Too many people with more clout than technical skill, leading to bad decisions.

Culture is highly dependent on the team.

Advice to Management

Under-performing people need to be cut loose.

Talk to your ICs instead of having them bubble up issues.
