Recently graduated from college and started sometime in summer 2020.
There is not a lot of room to move between stacks often times (backend, frontend, ML).
Not being able to focus on 1 stack for an extended period of time doesn't really help me understand in what direction I want to define my career, so that's somewhat of a disappointment to me.
Overall, work pace is relatively slow, which can be enjoyable to some, but personally I'm starting to crave some chaos and speed for faster learning.
New engineers, especially those who have just come out of college, value having the opportunity to move freely across multiple stacks to explore in what direction they want to define their career.
If possible, please try to facilitate more opportunities for new grads to learn as much as possible in terms of breadth instead of depth, unless specified by the individual otherwise.
