I used to have a great culture. LinkedIn used to be a place with great work-life balance; no more. The company used to trust employees to work remotely and get work done; no more. LinkedIn has been going downhill for at least 18 months and it seems as if it will only get worse from here.
No pay increase for two years. No strategy. No leadership. No vision. No respect for employees.
Make employees the number one priority again. Get some people with real leadership and real vision in charge. Allow people to work where they want.
