Good work environment, too many reorganizations
- Most colleagues are easy to work with.
- Technically interesting work (most of the time).
- Good compensation.
Lots of reorgs, layoffs, and staff departures mean you don't have a consistent team to work with, and goals/projects keep changing.
No longer supportive of remote workers.
