LinkedIn's Investment Day and multiple breaks with pay are nice.
The company doesn't actually care about diversity and inclusion. They especially don't care if an intern is encountering issues where they feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated by their boss. Tech teams are predominantly male and white/Asian. There is very little representation of people of color.
Listen to interns and take them seriously. Actions speak louder than words.
