Great work-life balance and culture. Lots of really smart people. Free breakfast and lunch if you go to the office. Great office. Lots of perks overall.
My only negative point is a big one for me, but only specific to Canadian early-career SWE (or interns who want a return offer). They are pretty strict on having you work within the US. Unfortunately, the Toronto office doesn't have a real engineering hub, so the only engineers who work there are those with visa issues or enough seniority to demand a transfer.
