Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

It was a junior-level position. I had a phone interview first, then Skype with coding questions. They wanted another interview with another manager. The interview started, but she had to leave due to a production issue. We rescheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have a computer because I was working. I told her to reschedule for another interview, just for coding (since she had already done the technical interview twice). She said yes, definitely. 'I will tell HR to contact you.' I waited a week for a response. After the 8th day, I got a call. They had moved to another candidate because she couldn't do the coding interview and wasn't sure.

Their hiring process is horrible.
