Process
I was contacted by one of their recruiters to set up a date and time for a phone screen. I selected a date in their calendar and emailed the recruiter back to confirm, but I never received any reply or callback. I emailed her again just to confirm if they were still interested, but there was no reply. It just seems unprofessional and a waste of people's time to ask for a phone screen and then ignore people afterward.
