I completed a two-month interview process with multiple rounds across French and US teams. The technical discussions were interesting, and the team seemed competent.

The process kept extending with additional interviews that weren't initially outlined, including a final round that was added later. I accommodated several late-evening interviews due to timezone differences, which was demanding but manageable.

However, after my final interview a few weeks ago, there has been complete radio silence despite follow-up attempts. I understand companies want to be thorough and likely compare candidates, but providing zero feedback or timeline updates after such an investment of time is disappointing.

While the technical content was good, the lack of basic communication after a lengthy and evolving process reflects poorly on the candidate experience.
