Process

The interview process at Lowe's was quite structured and covered a range of technical topics.

It was a comprehensive test of both my theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Prepare your CV well.

Questions

The interview started with a brief introduction and then moved into technical topics, beginning with basic OOPs and DBMS concepts.

Since I had mentioned JavaScript and React on my CV, the interviewer asked me a few fundamental questions on JavaScript. After that, the focus shifted to React, and this part went into more depth.

They asked detailed questions about React hooks, props, and optimization techniques. So, I'd recommend preparing thoroughly on these topics, especially if you've mentioned React in your resume.

Be ready to discuss your projects, as they asked me specific questions related to mine. Prepare your projects well.

The interview concluded with a live coding session, where I was given three coding problems. The first one was a basic math-related DSA question, and the other two involved string manipulation.

There were also a few questions related to linked lists, so brush up on data structures.

Overall, it was a balanced interview focusing on both conceptual understanding and coding skills.
