I attended the recruitment drive through my college.
It was a three-step process that took 2 days.
The first round was an online test conducted by CoCubes. This included Apti, Logical Reasoning, DI, Verbal, and technical questions. The technical questions were asked from general subjects studied throughout Engineering, and not just core CS subjects.
Shortlisted students were called for the next step of the process on another day.
The second round was a technical interview. I was asked to explain my projects on a whiteboard, and the interviewer asked questions related to that. Some basic programming output type questions were asked that tested concepts of programming logic and flow of control. Further, I was quizzed on efficient sorting and searching algorithms.
The final round was with HR. This was more laid back compared to the previous round; the interviewer was very candid and helpful. Apart from the generic HR interview questions, he asked basic puzzles and some questions from my resume regarding internships.
Technical Interview:
Situational searching problem was asked. Quizzed on what sorting algorithm should be used and why.
Project-based technical questions about technologies used and what security measures were taken in the project for data privacy.
Basic SQL queries.
HR Interview Puzzle:
What is the number of squares on a chessboard?
An organism reproduces to twice its volume in 1s. If left in a bottle, it completely fills up the bottle in 10 minutes. How long did it take to fill up a quarter of the bottle?
