This is the hiring process of 2022 Lowe's India.
There were 4 rounds total, with the first 2 being online rounds. The 3rd was Technical, and the 4th was HR.
Online rounds were named Codethon.
First round: This round consisted of 10 MCQ questions (Aptitude) and 2 coding questions. The coding questions were basically of Codeforces D-E level. Around 5k persons advanced to the next round.
Second round: This round consisted of 2 coding questions. Both questions were very difficult, with a difficulty level of Codeforces D-E Level. Mostly, elimination happened here.
Only 250-300 were left.
Third Round - Personal Interview: Mostly, questions were from my CV. This was a CV-based interview. They asked about your projects, experiences, computer fundamentals, or DSA.
Fourth round: This was an HR round. Mostly, the discussion was just about you. They asked questions about your hobbies; they just wanted to know if you were a fit for their company or not. Just simple behavioral questions.
