I had one in-person behavioral interview and will be following up with an on-site warehouse tour and subsequent interview. I had a one-on-one interview with the manager of the Indiana distribution center.

Lots of behavioral questions:

• Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline.
• Tell me about a time when you had to explain something technical to someone with no knowledge of the subject.
