Very simple and easy going in terms of conversation. It was during the peak of COVID in 2020, so they were hiring anyone who showed up and could pass a drug test (or so it seemed).
They did a drug test on the spot with their kit as someone sat with you in silence and waited to see the results, which was quite odd and uncomfortable.
