I interviewed with the HR manager and one of the assistant store managers. (They no longer do two interviews).

The questions themselves are thought-provoking and require long answers. You can come back to questions, but it's best to answer them to the best of your ability the first time.

Make sure to fully explain yourself and be confident in what you're talking about.

Both went smoothly, and I was offered a job before I left.

I came back at the end of the week to confirm, take a saliva drug test, and approve a background check. Both took about a week to process, and when they came back, they scheduled an orientation with you.
