I don't know what's going on in Lowe's Bangalore. It looks like they are not serious about giving offers to candidates, nor do they have open positions. I got a call from TA at Lowe's and finished all rounds, yet they are delaying the offer. When I ask about the status, they come back with new opportunities and conclude that the interview had negative feedback.
Couple of architects are egoistic and ask questions like, 'Are you from North India?' I'm not sure what region has to do with an interview. They asked about Zuul load balancer. He is not aware of the fact that Zuul can be a single point of failure.
I was able to reach the directorial rounds 3 times in 5 calls. Still, today I haven't got an offer, and today I got one more call for a lead engineer position. I said, 'Not interested, thank you.' 🙂
