Process

I got a call from Lowe's HR Team, and my interview was scheduled for Friday. I reached the Lowe's Office in Manyata Tech Park well before time and was then asked to fill a form with details about my education and current/previous employment.

After 20 minutes, I started the first round of interview, and it went on for 25-30 minutes, focusing mainly on Spring Boot and Microservices. The interview went very well, and the interviewer even told me, "Well done." They asked me to wait outside.

After 10 minutes of waiting, I approached one of the HR personnel available there and asked about my further rounds. She told me to leave for the day. I was surprised, as my interview had gone very well. I then left and tried messaging the HR who sent me the interview invitation mail. I also called and messaged her to know my status and the reason for rejection. She never picked up my call, and I received no email or message response.

I felt really bad that such a good organization was doing such awful and silly work.

Very, very bad experience.

Advice to HR/Company:

Please do not waste the time of applicants if you do not have requirements, and do respond if someone is asking for their status.
